Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?

If a mistake is identified in the address, or if an order needs to be canceled for other reasons, it is possible to do so only if the order has not been sent for printing.

Once an order's status progresses to printing (you receive a "Print Order Receipt" email), modifications or cancellations are no longer feasible. The order will proceed to be printed as initially placed.

If you need to request a cancellation or modification before printing begins, please open a helpdesk ticket as soon as possible.
